Throughout my day, I meet and talk with office managers all over the Tri-Cities area (Johnson City and Kingsport, Tennessee and Bristol and Marion, Virginia).  What they tell me is that in today’s economic environment; they are being asked to wear many more hats. One of the most stressful hats they have to put on is that of Human Resources Director.
