Throughout my day, I meet and talk with office managers all over the Tri-Cities area (Johnson City and Kingsport, Tennessee and Bristol and Marion, Virginia). What they tell me is that in today’s economic environment; they are being asked to wear many more hats. One of the most stressful hats they have to put on is that of Human Resources Director. Here is an audio interview I did with Paul Morlock. Paul is Vice President Human Resources and Healthcare Support Services at Stanly Regional Medical Center in North Carolina.
